Position: Customer Service Officer (CSO)


Responsibilities:
• Provide high level of service to the customers and to generate more rental sales.
• Handle all customer enquiries and quote/advise customers accordingly.
• Keep an update on the latest marketing programmes of the Company.
• Prepare car rental/hire agreements.
• Carry out and report on telemarketing activities.
• Keep counter/outlet clean and tidy to ensure high service standards.
• Wear proper attire and keep a neat appearance.
• Provide feedback/market information on competitors and the general market environment.
• Perform any other ad hoc assignments as required by the Management.


Requirements:
• Min ‘O” level/Diploma.
• Similar sales experience an advantage.
• Valid Class 3 License.
• Excellent team player
• Good communication skills
• Only Singaporean and PRs need apply.
